Budget Pay Program

The City of McCleary offers residential customers the option of a budget billing or equal payment plan. The residence must be owner-occupied, renters do not qualify for this program. Budget payment plans typically compute the monthly bill based on the average use for the past  12 months. At the end of every budget payment period, the bill is adjusted so that the customer pays the balance due for the previous 12 months. The budget plan is in effect from January-December.

If you are a Homeowner and a McCleary Light & Power customer, you might be eligible for Budget Pay.  If you would like to be on the Budget Pay Plan ( 12 equal monthly payments ) please contact City Hall by November 1st, 2017.
