The City of McCleary now offers Heat Pump Upgrade and Heat Pump Conversion rebates for Single Family and Manufactured Homes.

Other conservation measures are Commissioning of newly installed systems and Bi-metal thermostat replacement.

Building permits are required on all mechanical projects.

Additional Documentation Requirements:

• AHRI certificate
• Copy of one of the following:
  1. Whole house heating and cooling calcualtion (ACAA Manual J) and balance-point worksheet.
• Vendor invoices
